Sarah's Baptism

Elder Woods, Sarah and Elder Thing

Both these Elders go home this summer. Thank you so much for your service Elders!

Jordon and Sarah

They were both so nervous. Jordon was afraid he would mess up the baptism prayer. We had to joke with him that he had to be baptized twice, because Leonard didn't say it right. In the end he was a champ and said it right and didn't have to have a re-do.

Sarah's baptism journey has been such a blessing to our family. Having the gospel taught in home by the missionaries is such a humbling experience. What a tremendous opportunity for Jordon to be on the other side of missionary work the year before he leaves on his own mission. It is an amazing experience to watch someone take their first steps in the gospel. Sarah's mom passed away a year ago. Now they are both having the opportunity to learn the gospel. They are on the same journey...just in different realms. Sarah will have an incredible guardian angel watching over her.
