Taking his seat after the processional and looking for us!
Just about to walk across the stage and get his Diploma!
The Principal Mr. Vincent handing Jordon his
West Ranch High School Graduate Medal
West Ranch High School Graduate Medal
A big smile and a thumbs up as he walks back to his seat. This is when the tears started flowing. I started, then Sarah started...it really is quite a moment when you start thinking back to their first day of Kindergarten. The tears flowed then and they do now. It has not been a easy road for Jordon. He has had many struggles with school. Yet he never gave up. He is a kid that struggled with school, but not with BEING in school. He was there every day! Yet, that wasn't always enough. Traditional school was a difficult process for him.
He had some hard choices to make at the start of his senior year. He would have to give up Football and West Ranch TV. The two things that meant the world to him. However, he knew he had to make those sacrifices if he wanted a chance to go to BYUI. He took a chance, changed his course, worked hard and achieved his goal.
We are so Proud of you Jordon!
Congratulations! As you embark on this new path...remember who you are...what you stand for and reach for your dreams!
Luv Ya!!
