GOOOOOOOOOOAAALLLLLLLL

We started off early this morning with 2 8am games. Aliza received her first Foul called on her....she cried! Then the ref didn't know what to do, he tried to explain to her you can't hold your hand out to block someone. We told her it's ok, it will be the first of many!

Hannah scored two goals at her AYSO game. The team as a whole has scored 10 goals this season...Hannah has scored five of those. They won 2-1...Go Fever!

Then it was on to Club game. As we parked in the lot, Lionel Ritchie got out of his Escalade next to us. I told Aralie and Emalee hey that's Lionel Ritchie, they said who's that? Hello!!! Then Aralie said is that Nicole Ritchie's Dad, umm yes, but he is way more famous than her!

Hannah was cranken up the speed today. She out beat this girl to gain control of the ball.

Lake Mead

This past weekend we spent 3 days on Lake Mead. We went with the Mower, Muirs and Banrys. The weather was fabulous and the company even better. Lake Mead is gorgeous! The early morning, fresh, crisp, cool air was breathtaking. The water Pristine!

The water was like glass, smooth, soft and warm.

This is the view as the sun was setting as we were coming back in to dock. Beautiful!

The kids said it was the best vacation we have had since Mexico! We stayed in a condo in Lake Las Vegas. It was beautiful and comfortable. The master bath was awesome. It is a lot of work but so worth all the effort. We had an incredible time and we thank the Mowers for sharing their beautiful boat with us. Three cheers for Mower Power!

Daleen's Dazzling Days at the Lake

I did attempt to get up on the wake board and the knee board. I provided much entertainment for the rest of our group with these dreadful attempts. We might even win 10,000k on America's Funniest Home Videos with my knee boarding video. I took off with the boat, but the knee board stayed put on the beach.

Leonard's Lovely Lake Memories

Height, speed and wild adventure are not Leonard's thing. So here are some of his favorite moments. Helping the kids be the spotter with the flag.

Jordon's Juxtapostion

Jordon was on another boat all day on Sat., so we didn't see him much that day. The next day started out a beautiful day. In the morning we went out early and the boys went wake boarding. Jordon was enjoying his time in the water. Trying to learn a few tricks from JMo.

Gettin' some air! He was trying to clear the wake in one jump and doing some grinding. Then things went a little sour. After he went down, I saw him grab his head, I knew he was hurt. When we pulled up I could see blood. When he had hit the water his head went back and his feet went up and forward, the wake board hit his head and split it open. OUCH!

This is what Jordon looked mostly looked like the rest of the trip.

All stitched up

Jordon made it all the way to 17 without any stitches...I guess he was due!

Jordon split his head open around 11 am...here he is at 10pm finally getting stitched up. We had the Doctor but no tools of the trade. After a few phone calls and some prayers, some good friends helped us get the supplies needed. By the way, none of the Urgent Care facilities in Vegas that we called would take new patients. Go Figure! We even went to dinner with the Muir's to the Rio Buffet with his head wound wide open.

Aralie Adventure's at the Lake

Aralie got up on the wake board on the second try. After just a few turns around the lake, she was going in and out of the wake and trying her skill at jumping the wake. She is in love with this sport now.

The rock formation at the lake are so cool. I love this one and the cutie on the wake board too!

Hannah's Happy moments at the Lake

Hannah loved the knee board, it was a great ride with the Muir's boat. She couldn't quite get up on the wake board, with her injured leg, so this was a great alternative! She could even get up out in the middle of the lake, which is hard to do.

She was so excited that Rob let her drive the boat back towards the dock.

Besides the knee board this was Hannah's favorite thing to do on the trip. Hold or play with Megan.

Hannah and Chayse were a great pair for riding the tube. They like to go faster than the little girls, but not as fast as the big girls.

Aliza's Awesome trip..

Tubing was a favorite for the little ones. Aliza and Taylor laughed and giggled during their ride behind the boat.

Aliza, Taylor and Maryn liked to hang out in the water and on the boat.

Leonard and Aliza just hangin' out in the water. The water was so warm, yet cooled you down. It was perfect.

After a long day of sun and fun, Aliza fell asleep sitting up. Adorable!
