Under the Sea

We went to the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach for a fun day with friends. Daleen, Hannah, Aliza, April, Kelly, Chelsie, Mimi, Natalie and Rebecca. It was a beautiful day and lots of fun to spend the day with the kids and friends. My favorites are the Puffin birds, Sea Otters, Leaf Dragons and all the touch tanks. It's such a great experience to be able to to touch and feel sea life that we don't normally see. At first the girls were hesitant to touch the rays and small sharks, but once they did it we spent along time over the touch tanks.

Feeding the Lorikeets nectar was a blast, they just climb up on you and feed. The last picture is of a shark egg that is about to hatch this month. I was so cool to be able to see inside.
